What to do in Istanbul

Flight tickets to Istanbul are in your pocket, your baggage have already packed and you are in anticipation of the greatest trip to one of the most mesmerizing city in the World. But, you have realized that you don`t know what to to do in Istanbul, where to go and what to see in Istanbul.

Don`t worry, I will advice to you how to spend your vacation with maximum enjoy and what to do in Istanbul during few days of your stay there, to save time and see as much interesting places as possible.

First of all lets choose a place to stay, because Istanbul is divided for two huge parts: European and Asian by Bosphorus. Therefore, airports of Istanbul are placed on the both sides of Istanbul: Sabiha Gokchen on Asian side and Ataturk airport on the European side of Istanbul.

The most interesting places and objects of course you can find in the European side of Istanbul in the historical center of the city, in Sultanahmet area. But, even you will arrive to Sabiha Gokchen airport in Asian side, you can easily get to the Sultanahmet area with a public transport.

So, what to do in Istanbul?

At the first day I advice you to visit historical part of Istanbul and if you will have time, to have short trip on the Bosphorus by ship and visit famous Egyptian Bazaar. Second day of your trip, I advice you to visit central part of Istanbul with a Taxim square and Gezi park, visit the Galata tower, Bebek district with the Roumeli Hissar palace and park of the Miniatures - "Miniaturk" park, use historical public transport and climb to the 261 meter up to the Sapphire Tower to see Istanbul at night with it`s beauty and lights from the top of the building. Well, the third day of your trip in Istanbul I advice you to visit the Asian side. Climb to the highest point of Istanbul - Camlica hill and try the most delicious beans in the restaurant on the hill, and climb to the Yoros hill, visit one of the most important and famous castle Beylerbei, enjoy your evening in the Kadikoy - central part of Asian side with live music, restaurants and a lot of shops near the sea side and a lot of entertainment there. And what to do in Istanbul on your fourth day? Of course visit Princes Islands! Especially biggest one - Buyukada island, where you can ride horses, ride bicycles, climb to the mountain and visit st George church and wish your most important dream.
